Returns

We truly hope you adore your new VII & CO purchase, however if you do change your mind on the products you have chosen, we allow returns within 14 days of receiving your order in exchange for a full refund or store credit worth 110% of your purchase amount.

The item must not have been used/worn/washed/altered, all tags/packaging attached, in original condition. Sale & Sample items will not be accepted for return/exchange/credit note. All credit notes, refunds and exchanges will be provided at the discretion of Vii & Co. after review of the returned product. 

Please note delivery charges will be NOT be covered by VII & CO. and are to be covered by the customer upon making their return. 

Clearance Stock will not be accepted for refunds/returns/exchanges. 

Exchanges 

We are unable to issue exchanges as we can not guarantee that your item will be in stock. We will however accept returns in exchange for a credit note, which you may use to place a new order.

Credit Note

Credit notes will expire after 36 months from the date it has been issued. It will be emailed to you as a unique code, which you are able to enter at checkout.
