Returns
We truly hope you adore your new VII & CO purchase, however if you do change your mind on the products you have chosen, we allow returns within 14 days of receiving your order in exchange for a credit note.
Refunds will only be issued if there is a clear and evident fault with the product. If this does occur - please reach out to us via email immediately:

*Please include your Order Number and photo evidence of the fault for further review.
The item must not have been used/worn/washed/altered, all tags/packaging attached, in original condition. Sale & Sample items will not be accepted for return/exchange/credit note.
Please note delivery charges will be NOT be covered by VII & CO. and are to be covered by the customer upon making their return.
Clearance Stock will not be accepted for refunds/returns.
Exchanges
We are unable to issue exchanges as we can not guarantee that your item will be in stock. We will however accept returns in exchange for a credit note, which you may use to place a new order.
Credit Note
A credit note will be issued at the discretion of VII & CO. should your item be returned unworn/unwashed/unaltered/unused, in original condition. It will be issued for the amount of the items you purchased excluding shipping costs.
Credit notes will expire after 12 months from the date it has been issued. It will be emailed to you as a unique code, which you are able to enter at checkout.
