Black Friday / Christmas Shipping 
The Vii & Co. Team are working hard to get your orders out in a timely fashion during Black Friday Sales. Please note that due to an increase in sales during this time, your orders may take longer to process before they are shipped. 

We strongly encourage you to place Express Post orders. This ensures that once shipped, your items are in your hands as soon as possible. Please refer to Australia Post Christmas cut-offs when planning your garments to arrive prior to Dec 25.

Current Shipping Estimation:

Standard Australia Post: 9-12 business days ($12 flat-rate). 

Express Australia Post: 5-7 business days ($15 flat-rate).

Standard International Post: 6-27 business days ($30 flat-rate) AUD.

Local Pick-Up Services

We now offer local pick-up! Please ensure that you bring with you, proof of purchase upon collecting your items.

Order Processing

We aim to fulfil your order within 2-3 business days. You will receive shipping information via email once your item/s have been shipped and are on their way to you. 

Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct shipping information e.g. shipping address, contact details, as once we have shipped your item we can no longer alter its destination address. If your item is returned to sender and we have to ship the item/s again, the customer will be re-charged all shipping expenses.
